then white eyeliner, in rims, corners and thickly on lash line.

then black liquid eyeliner, all the way along the lash line.
oh and mascara, you can add that at any part really

Then do some black eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes.You will probably need/want to reapply the white eyeliner in the rims at this point

without going over the white eyeliner put some light shade or white on your lid and a slightly darker one blended in ayt the crease.
